남강의 사랑
이 세상 시인 아닌 자 누가 있을까.
남강을 품고 있는 촉석루 마루에 서면
시인이 되어 남강을 사랑하고 만다네.
진주를 돌고 돌아 낮아지고 맑아질 때까지
남강은 거침없이 흐르고 흐른다네
따뜻한 가슴을 가진 남강의 벗들이여
강줄기 자락마다 마을을 키워내는
첫사랑처럼 착한 사람들의 미소가
남강처럼 순연하게 흐르고 있었지.
나는 남강에서 사랑을 시작하네.
비릿한 강물 같은 사랑을 꿈꾼다네
Who is not a poet in this world?
On Chokseok Pavilion, gazing at Nam River,
one can’t help but love like a poet.
Nam flows—unfaltering, pure—
circling Jinju until it softens and shines.
O friends with warm hearts,
your smiles bloom like first love
in every bend of the river.
Here, by Nam River,
I begin to love—
dreaming of a love
briny and flowing like the water itself.
